The purpose of the Academy is to help nurture grass roots level cricket talent and provide an environment where focus can be on developing the Technical ,Physical & Mental aspect of the game. The Academy provides a bridge between club cricket & county cricket with the main aim being to develop children across all disciplines
ESM Cricket Academy has been created and run over the years as a close-knit family community entity.
It was formed to provide an opportunity for all children to enjoy cricket, develop skills and provide a platform and link to senior clubs & counties
The Academy was founded by the late Dr Mo Aslam, who sadly passed away in February 2012.
He built the academy through his love for the game and commitment to giving back to the community.
Ever since Mo’s tragic loss – the team at ESM have continued to honour his vision in the best way possible.
