Terms & Conditions
1.The trainees/participants shall observe and abide by all terms and conditions
contained herein.
2. The trainees shall not misbehave and/ or commit ill disciplinary behaviour at
the academy during coaching sessions otherwise such trainees shall not be allowed
to participate in of the academys programmes. In such cases no refund will be granted.
3. All trainees must wear cricket whites or tracksuits at all times during indoor
and outdoor coaching sessions. When indoor non-marking appropriate footwear must be worn.
No Black soled, studs or spiked footwear.
4.For safety regulations/reasons a helmet must be worn when batting and standing up
to stumps when wicket keeping.
5.Our coaches and staff are authorised to make appropriate checks for any illegal
material or equipment for safety reasons and we reserve our right to suspend player(s)
membership or participation in any of our coaching programmes in which case no refund
will be made.
6. The trainee or the spectators must take care of their belongings as the academy
will not be responsible for their loss or damage.
7.During some of our coaching programmes we may use video to aid coaching techniques
and analysis. By applying/registering you are giving us permission for use of such video
for our coaching use only.
8.ESM Cricket Academy reserves the right to change its programmes, venues or contents
without prior notice.
9.For any reason beyond our control if we were unable to carryout activities then we
will not be held responsible.
10.Reasonable care and effort has been taken to ensure the relevant advertised coaches
or professionals or celebrities attend the appropriate academy programmes. However,
ESM Cricket Academy shall have no liability in the event that such persons are unable
to attend.
11. The academy shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of any injury or mishap
or death (unless caused by our negligence) to the trainee/participant or in respect
of any other damage which the trainee/participant suffers arising directly or indirectly
from any aspect of our coaching programmes.
12.We may conduct coaching and other activities in mixed groups.
13.In the event of any matter arising which is not covered or concerning the interpretation
of these terms and conditions the ESM CRICKET ACADEMY management decision shall be final.
14.The terms and conditions outlined here shall be governed and construed in all respects
by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
15. The academy reserves the right to refuse membership or admission to any of the
academys programmes on any grounds that it sees appropriate.
