A parents view of the ESM Cricket Academy.....

We have known Dr Mo Aslam for a number of years and we were extremely pleased to hear that
he had established the ESM Cricket Academy in High Wycombe allowing the local youngsters
in particular to participate. Although there are a large number of good local clubs there
are still limitations for children to participate in organized cricket during the summer.
However, the creation of the academy has allowed us to get Saif involved in cricket
activities throughout the year.We feel this would assist him to develop his passion for
cricketat an early age. ESM Cricket Academy has allowed him to participate, enjoy cricket
and develop his skill via fully trained coaches and professional players.
After joining the academy Saif has made some new friends and found the academy sessions
very challenging yet enjoyable, especially the small group sessions.
I feel felt that the standard of coaching is excellent and everyone at the ESM Cricket Academy
were relaxed, open and approachable.
I have now enrolled Saif for small group sessions as well as the 1:1 sessions as we
particularly want him to develop his technical skills in bowling, batting and fielding
Being a keen club cricketer who has represented RGS and County I have watched several
coaching sessions being conducted by the ESM Cricket Academy coaches. I was impressed to
see the coaching sessions put across with so much enthusiasm and commitment and I am sure
all the individuals found these very informative as well as enjoyable.
I hope that the ESM Cricket Academy continues to develop further allowing parents to introduce
our children to cricket, participate in competitive games via professional coaches and players
throughout the year.
I look forward to seeing Saif enjoy his cricket more and more and hope to see more children
take up the opportunity at the Academy.

When Aqib joined our local club in Wycombe it was obvious that he required some extra help in his batting technique.
It was felt that either a small group or 1:1 sessions with qualified coaches would be very beneficial to Aaqib.
I contacted Mo for an initial consultation and was introduced to some of his senior coaches. It was evident
that they were well qualified and had an in-depth knowledge of the game. I enrolled Aaqib for membership
and subsequently short sessions. Iwatched from the sideline and the sessions were well-organised, methodical
and professional as well as enjoyable.
I was aware of a couple of National cricketing academies but needed something local and at the same
expert coaches to deliver what we required. What really impressed me was the standard of coaching.
I have played the game to a good standardand have experienced a number of set-ups in different parts
of the Bucks County. I can say with confidence that the set-up at ESM Cricket Academy is incredibly
impressive and highly professionnal.
I have now enrolled Aaqib for the remaining of the year for both groups (small group and 1:1 sessions)
and am already thinking of enrolling my younger son Uzair (6) at the beginning of the next term.
Iwish ESM Cricket Academy all the best for the future and hope they will continue to work with such
enthusiasm in helping to enhance our cricketers especially at the convenience of our own doorstep.
